Several friends or members of their families have recently been diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer is such an indiscriminate enemy; I hate it. It makes me angry that it has attacked my friends and their families.
I care so much and feel so helpless and inadequate to even offer the proper words of encouragement. Let us pray for a cure and for our friends.
Will, Power of Attorney and Healthcare Directive

A very good friend from the past called for a will, power of attorney and healthcare directive. He is in his mid-50′s. His thinking about his family created the need for the call.
It was wonderful to see my friend and share some of the fond memories we have of the past. But we were then brought back to the present and the future and why and how he now felt better that his financial and healthcare affairs were in order.
What Makes Us Different

There is no need to control or manage lawyer profitability. By getting into that game, you are doomed to mediocrity. The thing that makes me different is that I do not accept management by the numbers.
I do accept management and accountability by results we affect for our clients and the advantages we affect for their companies. Our law firm sucess is measured in the success of our clients.
