Along with the aging population of this country has come an increasing responsiblity for the care of our older citizens.

I am getting more and more calls from people that have concerns about the care their loved ones are receiving in assisted care and nursing home facilities.

With cuts in staffing and reimbursements from public funding, where is the quality of care going to come from? Can we be asking more from the worker who is asked to ignore and cover up sub-standard care?

We need to require accountability by heathcare providers. It is our mother or our father that is being entrusted to corporate care. Quality care is the least they are entitled to.
