Discovery Abuse

July 15th, 2003 by Bob Christensen

The Rules of Civil Procedure are designed to level the playing field for parties to a lawsuit. These rules allow an individual to obtain information from corporations and insurance companies, regardles of financial resources.

Unfortunately, the large corporations and their high-priced legal obstructionists rarely voluntarily provide discovery without costly motions and numerous stalling tactics.

This is called “put the Plaintiff and her lawyer out of business”. The plan is to get us to quit, to “fall off the train”. If we take your case, we will never fall off the train. There is no tactic and no strategy that we have not faced and fought.

We do not quit.
