I Lose Trials

Any lawyer that tells you that they have never lost a case is a liar or a coward.

I settle many cases because my clients choose to avoid the risks of trial. If the offer is lousy, I will tell my client so and often times we go to trial. Sometimes we win, but sometimes we lose. I love to represent a client with the courage to risk everything to do the right thing.

The Cases I Take

I joke around that I specialize in hopeless cases, but unfortunately, it’s no joke.

I take cases where I believe I can make a difference. I’m frequently called and told that “Attorney Jones” has turned down the case.

That’s when I begin to think; if Jones is only worried about his retirement and his portfolio, what is he or she missing about the case?

This is where I excel. It doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll take your case, but at the very least, I am willing to listen, to learn and evaluate.
