Associated Attorneys
As a full-service professional law firm, we have built up relationships over the years and have worked directly with other firms and attorneys which specialize in areas when we require their help and expertise. This allows us to provide the quality of services of much larger firms with a greater personal interest and control over the results, costs and communications with the client.
With the technology today, it is no longer necessary to warehouse nor employ expertise and services required to perform client assigned projects. We often act as project managers in overseeing the final legal product provided utilizing the services of our associated counsel.
Our associated counsel include:
Jim is a one of kind trial attorney. He is an invaluable ally and I have fought alongside him in countless battles over the years and will in countless more for the rest of my career. He is also one of the founding attorneys of False-Claims-Act.com and a tireless advocate for those that he represents.
He has been selected by Minnesota Law and Politics as a Super Lawyer and one of Minnesota’s top 40 Workers Compensation Lawyers.
Wil Fluegel has always been someone I have profound respect for as both an attorney and human being. I have included a transcript of the speech Wil made as the departing president of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. His wisdom and passion speak louder than any credentials. Wil Fluegel is board certified as a civil trial specialist by both the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association, and handles trials and appeals in Minnesota and Wisconsin courts.
He is a 1979 graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he served as managing editor of the Law Review. He is listed in Law & Leading American Attorneys and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in both trials and appeals as well as one of the top 10 personal injury attorneys in Minnesota by polls in Law & Politics. He received the MTLA’s “Trial Lawyer of the Year” Award in 1997, and its Award of Excellence for Public Service in 1994. In 2005 he served as its President.
As a plaintiff personal injury attorney, Jim possesses skills and experience that no one else can match – here or in any other state. Together we have successfully won cases that other lawyers would categorize as ‘hopeless.’ It is precisely this courage and track record that makes me so thankful and exited about utilizing him in any number of cases we handle
Jim Betz graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management in 1975.
Brian has three decades of experience recovering substantial settlements and verdicts for whistleblowers and for life and health losses caused by the negligence of others. As a founding attorney of False-Claims-Act.com Brian’s knowledge of this complex area of law is a testament to his tireless efforts on behalf of those he has represented.
Brian is an emeritus member of the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association for Justice. He is among 2% of lawyers who are certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
