Attorneys

Robert Christensen

I have been fighting against the odds most of my career in tackling big insurance companies and large corporations that have defrauded my clients, maimed or killed them. I have taken cases that many other attorneys have turned down and I have associated on many cases in which attorneys were at a dead end and had nowhere to turn.

Bob Christensen - Advocate for Justice

I have taken these cases and joined forces with other lawyers when I have felt in my heart it was the right thing to do. As a National Board Certified Trial Lawyer I can tell you that for over 30 years it is my practice to show up for my clients. I have litigated cases throughout the United States and tried many jury trials. I know what it is like to phone a client when we have won the case and I know what it’s like when we’ve lost.

Associated Attorneys

As a full-service professional law firm, we have built up relationships over the years and have worked directly with other firms and attorneys which specialize in areas when we require their help and expertise. This allows us to provide the quality of services of much larger firms with a greater personal interest and control over the results, costs and communications with the client.

With the technology today, it is no longer necessary to warehouse nor employ expertise and services required to perform client assigned projects. We often act as project managers in overseeing the final legal product provided utilizing the services of our associated counsel.

Brian Wojtalewicz

Brian is an emeritus member of the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Assn. He is among 2% of lawyers who are certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by both the Minnesota State Bar Assn. and the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and 6% of lawyers who were selected as a Leading Attorney and a Super Lawyer in surveys taken of Minnesota lawyers. Brian has been a guest speaker at the American Trial Lawyers Assn. annual conventions in New York City (1995) and Boston (2004), the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers in Miami Beach (1996) and for many trial lawyer seminars in Minnesota. He was honored as an Attorney-of-the-Year in 2001 by Minnesota Lawyer Magazine, and as the 2002 Member-of-the-Year by the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Assn. Brian is rated “AV” by the respected, nationwide Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

The ratings are developed by obtaining confidential opinions from lawyer adversaries and judges before whom the lawyer has appeared. An “A” ability rating is the “very high to preeminent” category, the highest rating possible. It signifies that the lawyer has reached the highest levels of skill and integrity. The “V” rating is the highest for adherence to ethical standards, reliability and diligence.

Brian was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court for service from 1990 to 1998 on the Minnesota Judicial Selection Commission, which was responsible for interviewing and assessing lawyer candidates for judgeships, and making recommendations on appointment. From 1996-99, Brian was a member of the Minnesota Eighth Judicial District Ethics Committee, which investigated ethics charges against lawyers.
