Rights of the Elderly
As the baby boomer generation has now aged and moved into the role of caregivers and advisors to their parents, there is more awareness today than ever before that the proper care of our seniors must be the subject of constant vigilance.
Poor care of anyone’s mother, father or other family member is never acceptable. Quality care for the elderly is a right, not a privilege.
We all must be vigilant and unrelenting in requiring those persons entrusted with these fragile lives of our loved ones to provide the care and diligence we would expect of ourselves were it our own mother or father.
